Festival in a Box : Business Cards

The Creative cv module has lead me to create a Festival in a box. It will include a guide which is my CV, a Business Card with a QR code linked to an interactive version of the Festival in a Box, 3D printed beer bottles and speaker, and finally some home made bunting. The boxes are Graze size. Have remade the boxes so to add in my minor changes.

The Business Cards follow the same look and pattern as the Guide does. The pattern is made up of varying triangle in shapes, sizes and colours. It links towards the year I was born in, which was 1990. The decade was known for its ‘Out there’ patterns, an use of bright colours. Huge fan of bright bold patterns wanted to reflect that in my CV.

Created a Business card Template on Illustrator. The card are 3.5 x 2 inches.

Fill the box with the pattern that have been using throughout the project.

Then used a text box and wrote my name in the Rainfall font. Choose to fill the font in white, it would show up on the pattern background a lot clearer.

Created a second box, the same size as the above. This would be the back of the Business card. Placed the QR code that was created using GOQR.me. Applied that to the back of the card.Doing this also allows me to widely spread the festival in a box in a digital form, therefore more potential for more designers and studios to see it.

Have a few variations on the finished one. This gives me more options , allowing it to be printed in more than one way, yet still be recognised as the same work.

The final card.
